Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delaware

If you get a donut pay close attention to the cashier or worker getting your donut. He or she could have been handling money, cleaning the counter, helping other customers, taking out the trash, etc. Point is, their hands are dirty enough that they will get one of those tissue papers to grab the donuts so their bare hand doesn't touch your donut BUT WAIT!... then they put that disgusting, dirty tissue paper inside your bag or donut box. YES! they then put it inside with your donut. That's NASTY & DISGUSTING!!!! It's like taking off their rubber gloves and putting them inside a bag or box with someone's food. What's the point of using the tissue paper in the first place if they are going to just shove the dirty thing in with your food?!?!! Other Dunkin Donuts locations in the area throw that disgusting tissue paper away (as they should!) but not this dirty place! This is not only filthy, it's a safety issue and they will be reported if...

About 11:15 on 6/4/22 I had the nastiest experience with the cashier here. She refused to eve. Speak 2 words, wouldn't even tell me how much my total was. Literally threw my cans of soda into my bag, snatched my money and shoved my change at me. Answered her phone while checking me out, completely stopped tending too me all together and said "hey dad, he's checking himself into meadowood so can i stay with you for a few nights". I completely understand everyone has something going on in their lives, but I don't understand working in customer service if you can't treat customers with even a tiny bit of respect when going through whatever it may be. Dunkin' is too Expensive for me, I ordered a Lg. Coffee with 3 sugars and half and half and 1 donut ( which was very hard and stale) I went through the drive-thru and they didn't give me a price until I went to the next window, when they told me my order was $11.59 I said you must be mistaken because I only got a large coffee and a donut and the person at the window was very rude and said that was my total price, I didn't go there anymore the coffee wasn't me out of gold and the donut was horrible I couldn't even eat it, I know there's a lot of people out there that prefer to have Dunkin', but I'll stick with my Wawa coffee because I can get it myself and I can get a donut...
