If I could give zero stars for horrible customer service I would. I ordered food through the online service that they offer. I checked my email and there was the verification and receipt of my order a few minutes later. 45 minutes later I tapped on the link in the email to check the status of the food as I was hoping it would be coming soon since it was estimated 40-50 minutes u til delivery when I placed the order and had hungry kiddos waiting. The link sends me to a screen in my browser which read âORDER CANCELEDâ without an explanation. They didnât have the COURTESY to make a 20 second phone call, follow up email or anything! Just canceled without any notification. I called to ask what the issue was and was told âyou are outside of our delivery radius so we canceled it.â NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY EITHER! Of note, they are only 6.6 miles away! Itâs not like I am 20 miles away. A simple call would have sufficed and they couldâve probably saved the order because I wouldâve gone to pick it up from them. The food is good when cooked correctly to your order! Out of the last 10 visits, theyâve messed up my order 8 times. I called multiple times and they give excuse after excuse and say they will comp you for the next visit and they never do. After ordering tonight and my pizza was the opposite of what I ordered , the manager(or whoever he is) had the audacity to basically call me a liar. Itâs happened multiple times, so itâs clearly not just a one-time mistake.
