Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Delaware

So my first time ordering from this papa johns was HORRIBLE! I have no idea how they have any good reviews with how they do business! Before you think I'm just one of those customers that blasts places for no reason this is the first review iv done cuz that's how bad it was and iv worked in food service business for 10 years and I know it's not easy but I was not one of those customers that are ignorant and rude for nothing cuz I know first hand how hard it is. So I ordered a pizza then an hour later NO PIZZA! I call and they say they have no record of a pizza on file for my address or number although the money was taken out of my account. Then the staff hung up the phone every time I asked to speak with a manager then the manager christann was no better he hung up on me to 3 different times even though i was not yelling, cursing or being rude after what i had to deal with and if that's not bad enough when I finally asked to speak with his boss the GM Seth. SETH THE GM hung up on me too cuz I asked if he was the boss of the store, but the cherry on top of all this mess was calling back to try and get my refund and the crew just kept picking up the phone and hanging it right back up. The most abysmal customer service in existence. How could a store be any more incompetent? We got this free medium cheese pizza coupon because before, we had two pizzas come an hour late. We live literally less than half a mile away from the store. So I went to the store to redeem this coupon, and was told by cashier that I needed to redeem the coupon online or over the phone. Why is there a cash register then? So I called the store number which just directed me to some call center instead of the store. I told the girl on the phone the code, to which she started getting rude with me because I told her I was already at the store. I told her I just wanted a cheese pizza, and she was trying to upsell me on drinks and whatever. Told me "good for you" that I was at the store and hung up on me. Went back inside, was still told that I can't use the coupon again. Called the call center again. Was told that the coupon needed to be used on the app instead of on the phone. Why would the cashier tell me to redeem the coupon over the phone if I'm not allowed to? And why can't I just redeem the coupon while I'm already in the store? Go somewhere that actually takes customer service seriously, this...

Ordered a Cheeseburger Pizza +onion +bacon, boneless wings, and garlic knots. The boneless wings were fine. Garlic knots were completely dry and were missing the garlic sauce that makes them garlic knots… Pizza was completely wrong. they gave us tomato sauce (barely any on the entire thing), and just bacon, onion, and 5 pieces of chicken???? no beef, no pickles, wrong sauce, wrong cheese. Also looked like it was cut, but wasn’t. Walked in and I understand there was only 2 people working on a Saturday night, but come on. Papa John’s app told me the order was ready before we arrived, and honestly I don’t think it was started til we got there. Another person came in for an order and the young man working didn’t acknowledge the person, or ask who they were picking up for. Minutes go by and he’s waiting until the guy making the pizzas came up and the order he was waiting on was sitting there ready the whole time.
