The little Caesars on 1682 Providence Blvd #3, Deltona, FL 32725 is extremely rude. I visited this location on Saturday. I called to place an order and asked to have an order made fresh. The general manager replied you do not need to ask that way. I explained in the past if I did not ask food from the warmer was provided. The GM disagreed with me. I ordered 2 puffs, 2 stuffed crazy breads, and 2 normal crazy breads. When getting to the location I explained that I had a credit for a 2 letter as I forgot it several months ago. The gm did not ask the speaking of my name or even my last name. Looked in a notepad and say you are not here. Instead of helping me she said there nothing I can do and turned her back. While eating the puffs I noticed that the filling was not fully cooked. When calling the GM she was extremely rude with me arguing with me that is not possible and that they are cooked for 10 minutes. I explained that she is being very rude and she was extremely rude the prior day as well. She replied that she is not rude and she never is.she asked for my name. I provide my name and she replied I would get a fund on my credit card. Today is Wednesday so I call the store and the acting manager is extremely rude as well. Before I could even ask my question she rudely cuts me off and says you will have a refund in 3-5 days the online system is not working right now. When advising that is not the reason for my call, the manager replied it is the reason for your call we just spoke at the same time. When asking a 3rd time if I can ask my question. The manager went silent, instead of answering. I explained that the gm said she was putting in a refund of my order from Saturday and I would like to know if she processed it or not because if not I would like to use those funds for an order tonight. The manager rudely replied if she said it would be done it will be received in 3-5 days. I explained that you and your gm have been extremely rude and you do not know how to treat customers. The manager replied the gm is not rude and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager above her. She replied you already spoke with her and hung up again. I called a 3rd time and asked if this location is a corporate store or franchise. She replied I don't know, I asked if the owner is available as any boss should know who they report to a corporation or personal owner. She replied you already spoke with her and hung up again. I called a 4th time and explained hanging up on customers is not going to resolve the issues and that I will keep calling until I get my answers. She replied that I am being very rude and she is not going to speak with someone over the phone and hung up again. I called back a 5th time where she answered and hung up again. This is ridiculous and no way to treat customers. Several months ago I remember speaking to this general manager when she was the nicest lady ever. Now I don't know what has gone on but everybody at this location is miserable and treats people like...

Made the wrong pizza and threw it away(could have asked me if I wanted it for the inconvenience but nope ... Into the garbage and Charged me full price and I'm waiting 20 more minutes .... Nice customer service šššš. Not!!!!!!!!!
5/2022 yet another update .... Past 3 times nothing but problems. You probably ask why continue going??? Because it is good when it is with a good manager. As of lately they are horrible!!!! Ty was the best manager he had that place booming. This manager has the place nose diving into the Earth's core. They forgot to take the. Phone off the hook I guess cuz I was able to call just to be placed on hold for 10 minutes until I got there cuz I was driving .... Only to see 1 customer there ... I hung up and called back 7x busy busy busy ..... Now I know why the phones busy for days at a time. I'm not ordering at the location so I can wait a half an hour or more!!!!! I order on the phone so it can be done when I arrive.

""update again"" newest .... rude manager talking down to employees to the point i wanted to get a refund but the cashier was sooooo nice i didn't want him to have to ask for that rude lady manager to refund my money. i wish i did though the pizza was absolutely appalling. reminded me of stale bread with disgusting overcooked toppings and hard chewy italian bread. nothing was good. I refused to call that awful manager to tell her because she would probably abuse the poor employees morec with her awful mouth
UPDATE: 3rd time in 2 months can't order over the phone because phones aren't working. So you got to order in person and pray it won't take forever while you wait in a crowded area. 𤨠or waste your gas by waiting in your vehicle
The pizza is good but after 9 occasions being told the pizza that is suppose to be hot & ready immediately .... that the pizza won't be available until 20 minutes later and twice took more than 35 minutes and one of those times 57 minutes!!! Then 4 specialty pizzas told 15 minutes .... i didn't get the pizzas until over 45 minutes after the time promised and it was done wrong. Its disheartening because this is only happening for the past couple of months ... i been going here for several years .... i hate that i gotta write off this pizza place because it causes me too much stress/aggravation dealing with how poorly its running...

Earlier I was watching TV and saw a commercial for your new deep deep dish pepperoni pizza with the pepperoni and cheese in the crust. It looked really good so I decided to give you guys a try. Biggest mistake I made and will NEVER return to a little ceasers again. I called ahead and ordered the pizza and honey mustard wings. Someone named Jeremy took my order and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Fast forward ahead... I arrive to pick up my order and was waited on by Jeremy (not sure if it was the same Jeremy that took my order over the phone). When he hands me my order I notice the wings are barbeque so I told him I ordered the honey mustard wings and that's when my whole first experience with little ceasers went horribly wrong. I was told that flavor had been discontinued 2 months ago. I asked why it wasn't mentioned on the phone when I ordered and Jeremy said, "I don't know but that's not my problem so what do you want me to do about it? I can't believe your acting like this over wings" and grabs the container out of my hands. I was shocked at the response I had been given and asked to see the manager. Jeremy advised he was the manager. I told him he was unprofessional and asked for the corporate number. He walked away and a few minutes later came back with a man named Tyler Dreschner (last name might not be spelled correctly) who stated he was the manager and Jeremy was the lead. I explained my situation and my rebuttal from Tyler was, "Look this is my day off and I came into work to check a few things but instead I have to deal with you" Needless to say I expressed my dissatisfaction as a first time customer and how neither of them should be in a management position (I'm a prior store manager and training manager and would never have someone like Jeremy or Tyler on my team or in one of my stores). I left without my food and ended up at hungry Howie's (another place I've never ate at) and it was an awesome experience! I would not reccomend anyone to eat at this little ceasers (or any for that matter if they are at all like this location)! First time customer and last time...
