Track Side — Restaurant in Denmark Township

We arrived at 8:54. Another party of 4 came in 2 minutes after us. They sat at a round table directly across from us & the waiter went right to them & took their drink order.[AND they were not even set down at the table] THEN they got their drinks & we were still setting here without being acknowledged. Then the waiter went over to take their order & asked if anyone wanted fish as he needed to know NOW.. I said very loudly "I WANT FISH" A lady from behind the bar came & asked if anyone had taken our drink order & we said NO, and I heard him tell that table that came in AFTER us that he needed to know now if anyone wanted fish...she went to get menus, and then our waitress appears and asks if we are ready & I said I want fish & she said "WE are OUT of fish" then I proceeded to tell her no one attempted to welcome us & those people came in after us and they have drinks & salads already.... And there was fish when he asked them. She gave the reason & how they have a bell ring when they are out of fish ( which neither of us heard any bell,) So we needed more time to look at the menu to determine what to have. We placed our order and it came out in 15 minutes, hot & delicious. I know it isn't the waitresses fault of no fish, but management needs to take an average for their Friday night special to avoid running out of fish. Also, acknowledge people even if you are busy. There service is going downhill. The first time we noticed was a couple of months ago when we went in for an early fish dinner on a Friday. Our waitress was in a hurry to leave for a hockey game and basically left us to fend for ourselves. Our food came out with a few partial sized pieces of fish while the tables around us -- who ordered the same thing --- had plates piled with nice big whole pieces of fish. The "sustitute" waitress never brought us drink refills, never checked to see how our food was, and we had to ask and wait around for her to bring our bill! So we it some time and thought we would go back again. Nope! A different waitress dumped our food off and never came back to offer drink refills or see if we needed anything, how the food was etc. She showed up after we were done eating, stopped about 4 feet from the table asked a rhetorical, "everything good?" and bolted before we could even answer. Five minutes later she came back dropped of the check and immediately turned around and left, never asking if we might like something else. We used to enjoy going there, but in the last couple of months, we have decided that our money can work at another...

I wish I could give zero stars! When we walked in there were 3 staff members huddled around the computer screen behind the bar. Not one looked up or acknowledged us in any way. There were three occupied tables in the place. A server walked by us to get the food order for the table right next to us who already had drinks. Another server came by to clean a table next to us. Nobody made eye contact, offered menus or made any gesture to let us know they even saw us. The same server who was waiting on the table next to us walked by us two more times without even looking at us. The other one came by another time to the table she was cleaning and proceeded to fill ketchup bottles. We felt so uncomfortable we left. I refused to spend 1 penny in that place after sitting for 10 minutes in an empty bar surrounded by 3 staff members who were obviously not going to even acknowledge us.
