I’ve had some bad experiences at restaurants before, but this one takes the cake. From the moment I walked in, the employees were rude and dismissive. I placed my order at the kiosk, only to be told after paying that one of my items wasn’t available. Instead of offering a real solution, they just handed me free donuts I didn’t even want. And honestly? They tasted awful—they're chewy and no have flavor in my opinion. On top of that, the prices are ridiculous. $7 for one fried mozzarella stick? $15 for a basic boba and that single mozzarella stick? I could have had an actual meal at a nice sit-down restaurant for that price. Oh, and don’t be fooled by their advertising—their "cute" drinks come in boring plastic cups, nothing like what they show online. But the worst part? The owner’s unprofessional and downright nasty attitude. Instead of handling criticism like a business owner should, they decided to lash out at a paying customer in a public response. My wife wanted to come here and I was a bit dubious at first. When we came in the lady at the front was so nice and let us in before they opened. She walked us through everything (and told us wed end up getting another of the rice hot dogs if we got one) we got a dozen of the mochi donuts, one original hit dog, and one mozzerrella hot dog. We were incredibly surprised how good the donuts were. We have been on a quest for a good donut for the past year since our favorite shop closed. This has finally filled that need and surprisingly its also totally different at the same time. The flavors were all distinct while not being overpowering. The texture was soft but there was a very satisfying slight chewy texture to the rice flower they used. The individual sections pull apart into little bite size pieces of flavor. The employee working the counter was so nice and friendly. The store had a sample of the donut so you can get a taste of how a mochi donut differs from a regular donut. I love the chewiness of a mochi donut and my teenage son loves Korean corn dogs, so I was really excited to see a shop like this has opened in Denton. Flavors available for the day were sea salt churro, matcha, fruity cereal, cookies and cream, passion fruit, chocolate with marshmallows, strawberry cheesecake, and original. They didn’t have any cream donuts available, which was slightly disappointing because the pictures look amazing. We got the strawberry cheesecake, matcha, fruity cereal, chocolate with marshmallows, and the sea salt churro. They were all delicious, but I think the sea salt churro, matcha, and strawberry cheesecake were our favorites. Don’t sleep on the Korean dogs if you visit.
