S J Donuts — Restaurant in Denton

Not a very pleasant place. As I have tried almost every donut place in Denton, I'm truly disappointed with SJ donuts. The customer service lacked by far. The lady behind the counter seemed kind da annoyed that she had to wait on my children to decide. Being that I have taught them they need to order for themselves. She just didnt seem very nice. We ordered donuts and pig in blankets. I'll start with the donuts. We had donut holes. Glazed and chocolate. The dough was very tough as if it had been made several days ago. The glazing was good and sweet on both flavors. Now the pig in a blanket. We had small and large. The bread horrendous. It was so dry and the large piggy had only a small amount of bread on the middle section. Half of the sausage had no bread. Lastly, I got a Big Blue soda to drink and it was flat. I would not recommend this donut shop to my friends unless it was a last resort. Even then I'd probably go to the grocery store. Sorry I didnt take a picture of the...

This has become my new favorite donut shop, since Ozzy's in Lake Dallas changed ownership.

The glazed donuts, which I rarely choose, are amazing! They will let you find this out by giving you a few donut holes every time! They absolutely melt in your mouth.
