Basil Doc's PIZZA & BISTRO — Restaurant in Denver

Bad customer service I went to the Basil Doc's at 330 Holly St Denver, CO 80220. When I got home I found out the pizza was burnt to the point of having black crust and was uneatable. I called them but the woman said all they would do is make a new pizza for me to come get that same day. I told her that would be an hour round trip for me. She said sorry but that was all they were willing to do.

It has now been two months since the owner responded to my original review, telling me to call with my name and address, so he could send me a coupon to get me to come back and give them another chance. I called, the guy I talked to had no idea what I was talking about but took my name, address and phone number. Two months later, I haven't received anything from the owner. The bad experience I had to begin with, wasn't enough to stop me from going, I would just make sure the food wasn't burned before leaving and start making sure the woman punched my card for everything I bought, (she always shorts me but the guys don't). Waitress, named Rose tried to scam my 9 year old daughter. I send my daughter to purchase 3 paper cups, not fountain drinks, Rose charged her $16, when if you purchase 3 fountain drinks it costs $14, and again all we wanted is 3 empty paper cups. I went to her and ask for price adjustment, she wouldn’t do it, gave me attitude. I demanded to speak with manager, who wasn’t there, and none of employees knew where he was or when he is coming back. Rose then asked me to move away from the counter, I am assuming she never would have call her boss if I would’ve. Manager also very unpleasant and unprofessional did not want to work with me, after 20 minutes I got my money back and he took those 3 cups and threw it away Pathetic, horrible service, we have season passes and will never go to pizza basil place Trying to rip off 9 year old, and when her mom is standing up on her behalf I am treated badly, when they made mistake and tried to cheat...

I'm so confused. When I went to pick up the pizza I ordered the guy working told me it would be a minute it wasn't done yet. No problem I was a little early. I waited in my car. The guy working came out and got me which I thought was nice. I went in and paid. Gave the guy a 20% top. Got home and the pizza was almost cold. I live 1 mile away. Literally. Why did he make me wait if it was done? How did it get cold so quick. You have at least a 30min widow. I think it was a re heated pizza.
