I might be a little biased, but only because I live closest to this park than any other around me; regardless, it is always clean of trash and roadside debris. The "trails" or path if you will is also clutter/garbage free and for the most part crack and pot hole free. So if you are walking (even with a walker), running, or even in a wheelchair you can easily get around the whole park, inside and out. The grass is watered so it is more than just a mud pit. The grass is inviting to so many activities. The best part there is room for everyone and most times people seem friendly offering a wave or hello as they pass other people during their activities. OH right, PET friendly, how could I almost forget, just clean up after your pets please. If the "entitled" would keep their dogs on a leash and or at least have the respect for others to pick up after them, a better rating would have been given.
