What used to be Denver Best kept secret, is now a mediocre taco truck, the Queso Birria tacos used to be crispy covered cheese goodness with unbelievable taste. Now they are less than passing as such. I thought maybe I had made a mistake, but I have been back several times since my initial review and they have completely changed. I am not sure what happened? I originally posted this as an excellent taco place, not sure if ownership had changed, but the last 2-3 times it was mediocre at best.
