Great place atmosphere wise really enjoyed sitting down jamming out and having a bite to eat! Should be called club and dine that’s really the best way I could explain it. Music is for sure BUMPING which I was aware of after reading other reviews online. They have a fantastic selection of food and drinks, menu was a touch confusing. Physical menu at the table is kind of like some bars where there is pictures but no pricing which made me a little nervous. But,, there was a QR code to scan with the whole menu and pricing which saved the day! Went in sat down realized fast this is more of a place to celebrate something rather than just a casual dinner for some. Still had a great time! Was sat at a table for 8 with just a party of 2 which was a little odd but definitely appreciated the quick sit due to us being hungry! Waiter walked up and ( be prepared to ask “what!” and repeat yourself at least twice each time they come to check in) he asked if we wanted guacamole and chips which I was like yes not completely sure what he asked. But being to other restaurants typically that’s just a snack to sit down and eat where before you order without charge. Well come to find out the chips and guacamole are like 13 bucks and the waiter assumed and threw a 10 dollar up charge on it with meat. Which was good but not appreciated when the bill came. Also we ordered a plate with a few different things and when he came to get our order I just pointed at what we wanted. Picture showed fried shrimp, chicken tenders, and onion rings for 16 bucks. Came out with chicken tenders, shrimp and vegetables. So I let the waiter know and he said “oh we don’t have onion rings but I can get you fries instead” which I agreed too. Also didn’t receive silverware and finally got it when we where almost done after asking twice. Also ordered tacos which where gas! Well wrapping everything up we never got our fries and we received our bill another up charge that was put on for like 6.48 for the shrimp lol which not a huge deal but double checking prices there was no indication that should have been tacked on our bill. Total up charge around 30 bucks so just be aware and if you don’t want to spend 20+ on some chips and guacamole just have to specify. Waiter was polite and did his best but quite forgetful. Still a very enjoyable place with lots of food and drink options so can’t dog too hard just don’t super appreciate the sneakiness of my bill. Would definitely go there again and be more specific. Personally think with the bumping music and the way the atmosphere is set up I’d invest in something for customers to just order at the table so there is no confusion between waiter and table but that’s just me. I couldn’t imagine all the money waisted on food that was accidentally ordered by mis hearing someone🤷♂️ Go try it and be aware!! Great...
Read moreI do not recommend this place. It’s TikTok viral and after seeing it so many times I decided to take my boyfriends family here when they came in town. It looks like a lot of fun but in reality the service was not good, and it’s so small & crammed. We showed up at 4:15pm (right when they opened). We had a party of 8 and they tried to sit us at a booth that only could fit 6 maybe 7 people but definitely not enough room for 6 grown men, 1 woman, and 1 child. We ended up having to sit at 2 booths back to back(not even being able to converse with each other). They refused to let us sit at 1 of the 3 open tables that had plenty of room for all of us. Their excuse they gave us was that due to it being their busiest night we couldn’t sit at one of the tables…. Again the table they offered us was too small for a party of 9. Anyway the waitress kept saying that even though we were not sitting together she had to put us all on one check… we didn’t even think about it and said okay because maybe we misunderstood or misheard because it was so loud. We ordered our drinks and they kept giving the wrong table our drinks and having to take them back and bring it to the correct table. My son never got brought his water and when he finally did.. the lid was disgusting as if they just rinsed it out and reused it. Absolutely unacceptable. The food came out super quickly and it was very delicious. We got a big tray of wings, fries etc as well as the pastor tower. They did however mix up our orders and gave our other table ours and us theirs. (Happened all night with everything- this is why our waitress should NOT have had all of us on 1 ticket when we were at 2 different tables) Moving on to when we checked out.. the waitress said that she couldn’t split the tickets and we continued to ask why and she finally did it. At that point we realized the reason why she said she “couldn’t” separate the ticket is because they automatically add on 18% gratitude for tables over 5 people. One of our booths had 5, and the other one had 3 so what they do is they keep the checks together so that 90% of the time they are adding on their own gratitude. THEN what they do is they have whoever is paying for the bill to go with them to basically self check out so they have the option to add on an additional tip. Once the dj showed up the music kept getting extremely loud and then would get a little quieter, it was so weird. The restaurant building is shared with an event center with only 1 bathroom for women which causes a line. So yes the food was good and it came out quick but the service was not good, and the atmosphere was fun just very small. Our total bill was over $400 and to be honest had she split the bills up per party she could have gotten such a bigger tip as we are heavy tippers. I’m glad I got to experience it but I will not...
