Burger King — Restaurant in Deptford Township

This particular location is horrific there's always three people standing around doing nothing while you wait in line for your food sometimes I'm on break and I don't have a lot of time and every time I order something they always tell me oh we discontinued that then why is it still on your sign for example they're promoting these brand new milkshakes but I still in line for for 15 minutes to be told at the counter that oh we don't make milkshakes anymore we just discontinued that and when I asked him why do you still have it on their sign she said oh well I don't know they don't offer full menu because they are a mall location customer service is horrible and the food presentation is just as bad I open my sandwich and my cheese was melted only on half of my burger hanging off the other half onto the paper if you're going to take 20 minutes to make my food at least make it presentable highly...

The manager was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. She couldn’t even nicely tell me she was closed, however the mall doesn’t close till 6 and it was 5:40. Then she lied and said the mall makes them close a half hour early but the rest of the food court was still operating. I work in this mall and never would I ever let any of my associates talk to a customer like that, nor would I. Telling me she didn’t have any food left which honestly is completely outrageous statement. When I came back to my store I found out that I’m not the only one who has experienced this kind of behavior from her, she need to be force to take a behavioral class and learn how to talk to people when you’re in retail that kind of attitude is completely inappropriate especially when all I said was “hey how are you” and she turns and snaps at me...

.DO NOT GO THERE .. I bought fries and chicken fries(other items) today and Nop that’s not Burger King taste like ..I am not pro cook but I can definitely tell that my potato fries and chicken fries taste so bad like they were fried in very very old used oil ..they taste Bitter and taste like am eating fries that were kept frozen for more time than they supposed to(old expired fries ) ..I don’t know the owner is reading comments or not but this store really really really need quality check and control... I can’t show the taste in pictures otherwise I would have uploaded that ..wasted my money . . .burger-king near Sewell are 500% better than this Burger King’s food ...Never going back...
