So , OBVIOUSLY , that employee ( young guy ; Teenager ) was REALLY TRYING TO SAY : that he (employee) was ANGRY that a PAYING-CUSTOMER , WHO GAVE A $2. Tip ,
had " The NERVE " to leave a little Trash on a Table ... and , he (employee) was ANGRY that he (employee) had to IN-CONVENIENCE himself , by taking like (10) SECONDS of his (employee's) PRESCIOUS Time , to put that Trash in a barrell , which is a Task for-which he (employee) is PAID. 💰 💰 💰

Usually this dunkins is my favorite they always get my coffee right and usually my order. I go every day and typically spend 17.00 each visit. That's 85 dollars a week. I was shocked as I wrote this and have to reconsider this now. Today my order was mostly correct however the 2 bacon egg & cheese wraps that I received was way overcooked and extremely hard. I am a caregiver and bring this to my client every morning and today it was awful. The hash browns were cold but the wraps were not edible. I went on Monday and ordered the exact same thing and got a different order which I chalked up as a mistake. I tried calling both times and the phone goes unanswered. I cannot leave my job and go back to tell them. As I like all of the employees very much. Do you have someone new cooking? Have you had your oven worked on? I order on the mobile app and choose the walk in option because it takes me two minutes to park, walk in, grab my sandwich, and leave. This Dunkin' is on my way to work so that's why I do it this way. I schedule a few minutes just in case the food isn't ready, which sometimes it isn't but that can understand. But this morning was completely unacceptable. Pulled in to see a 12-15 car line in the drive through. I snuck past them, parked, tried to walk in and grab my sandwich as I do every morning. But I was met with two locked doors with no sign or any indication of why. I can see my sandwich staring at me through the window on the walk in shelf. I got workers attention and they very rudely motioned for me to go through the probably 10 minute drive through just to grab a damn sandwich.
