They let the blonde shots die in my shaken espresso. Blonde shots are meant to be sweet and these are bitter.
I ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches, couldn't use my partner discount so had to pay full price. The girl who took my order rang in the incorrect size of drinks. I ordered a trenta iced black tea and a venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. The barista made a venti tea and grande espresso. I had them remake the correct sizes.
I tried my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and it was so bitter. I went back inside to ask them if they used the correct espresso and she assured me they did and then told me that it's an espresso based drink. Yes, I know it is. I then asked for more brown sugar syrup. The barista proceeded to put two pumps of syrup in an empty glass and then pour it into my drink. I said, "no, I want you to remake it." Because I know that remaking a drink is policy.
She then remade my venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and the barista that originally had taken my order told me, " I'm going to need you to pay for it bc you only paid for a grande." I informed her that I ordered a venti and she rang it in incorrectly and that I would not be paying for another drink. If anything, I told her that she could refund my money and I'd go to a REAL Starbucks and they would make my drink correctly.
This drink still tastes like garbage and I've wasted time and money trying to get the right drink. If this is how they treat partners then I don't want to see how they treat regular customers. Everybody getting dead...
Read moreI originally decided to stop by this store because they recently opened and drinks were cheap. I typically avoid Starbucks because it is a franchise making enough money and I like to support local. I walked in and was greeted with three enthusiastic "Good morning!" from the employees. They made an incredible Macchiato and like I said, it was cheap due to a recent opening deal they were having.
I returned again due to the simple fact that the employees treated me with the utmost respect the first time I went. They greeted me with a "Good morning, Ryan!" this time and I was genuinely amazed they remembered my name.
After about the third or fourth time I returned, I didn't even have to verbalize my order -- they remembered my name and order and started making it almost before I walked through the doors. I sit and study for anywhere from 3-6 hours every day and watch in amazement at how they greet almost every customer by name.
Every time I go back, each encounter is pleasant and helps start the day off well, both with friendly baristas and wonderful coffee. I think this is rare and I genuinely believe more people should stop by and experience both. Plus, they play the perfect study music every day. This is by far the REALEST coffee...
Read moreTuesday I went in for the 1/2 price cold coffee for every Tuesday in July which I know is only a deal if you mention it, I did and I ordered a grande to which they not only gave me a venti but charged me for the venti and didn’t honor the discount at all. Today on 7/28 I placed a mobile order to receive this drink which clearly has no oat milk in it, usually which they charge for. Just disappointing as I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks and now to have 2 in 1 week isn’t ideal as a customer who comes to this location at least...
