Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Detroit

The first time I went there in years, the the African American heavy-set female customer service is horrible. Instead of taking my order through the speaker she told me to pull around to the window. When I pulled around and began to give her my order, halfway through me giving her my order she walked away and started doing something else. Then she came back and asked me what did I want again. Then she finally gave me my purchase after I paid and she cheated me out of $0.04. I started to drive away but said okay maybe it was a mistake. I go today to the same location and the staff again did not answer the intercom. I had to pull up to the the window. The young Indian female took my order and it came to $10.34. I gave her $11, one $5 bill and six singles. When she came back to the window and gave me my food I requested my change. Another Indian female came to the window and stated "sir you did not pay yet". I informed her that I did pay the other female $11 and I'm waiting on my change of $0.66. After they had to figure it out they finally gave me my change....

This restaurant highly upset me. I will not be returning. Nothing wrong with the food, that was good, but the service. I had a coupon for a family meal for 10.49. Which I told the lady before I got to the window and she accepted it. When she told me my total at the window she said it was 13.29. WHAT! I politely asked, why is it so high. She said because of the tax. I'm thinking, the meal is 10.49, what kind of tax are you doing. So she thought about it and said, I'm sorry, then re rung up my order and said 12.59. GURL WAIT, what are you doing? That doesn't make sense either. So I added up the tax in my phone. 10.49x .06 =.62. 10.49 + .62 = 11.11. I explained that to the lady, she then rings me up again and says 11.89. GURL BYE, here is your $11.11, give me my chicken so I can leave. Please double check your final price going here cause they trying to get down on people. Thank God that I know math. And if you don't, please take note of this review to help you. Each time I came here it was bad experiences. No one ever answers at the speaker then when I pull around to the window the same lady always tell me to wait on someone else to come in cause they are doing shift change and after waiting for almost 10 minutes or more at the window the same lady comes back and takes my order. She isn't polite at all, she complains about how she's ready to go, her shift is over and more. Very unprofessional. Then both times I been she cuts me off in the middle of my order before I'm done completing my order. When I finally recieve my order and ask for condiments she tells me "everything you need is in the bag" just to get home and find that the stuff I asked for is not in the bag. First time was honey and my order of fries second time was honey and three of my apple pies. Highly upsetting not to only get what you asked for but to also not get what you paid for.
