Top Notch Barbeque — Restaurant in Detroit

The food is great don't mind the wait. My problem is i spend atleast $100 every time i go. I have ordered 6 times through door dash and went to the actual store twice. They were disrespectful. I asked for extra butter which i paid for and the lady in the back told her to give it to me cold in a disrespectful manor. I left a $5 tip but the attitudes were so nasty she left it in the slot so i don't know if she ever picked it up. She knew she was unprofessional and didn't dese a tip but i like to kill people with kindness and keep it moving. Moral of the story is your gonna lose a good customer due to attitudes within staff. I was buying my boils from opyum lounge and i will be taking money back to a place where it's appropriated. And the prices are lower there so hopefully staff get it together before you lose support from all...

I like that this restaurant gives the inner city youth an opportunity and the young men they have working at the counter do a very good job of not only serving and assisting their customers but also being very friendly and polite. The young men I've encountered in this restaurant have done a very good job in representing the good core values the leadership of this restaurant would like the public to see when choosing their establishment. The shrimp in this place is beyond excellent! They have other items on the menu but I think it's safe to say when you go to a place named "Shrimp City" you order the shrimp and theirs is really good. They definitely have a regular in me as long as the excellent food and service...

The B.B.Q ribs are just not good 🤦 The actual sauce is { HORRIBLE } it tastes ketchup based 👎or home made 👎 The actual meat 🍖 doesn't taste outside cooked 🤢 🤮 🤢 it tastes like it was boiled in water then baked in the oven 🤦🤮🤦 Who is in charge over their and are they actually tasting & eating the food that is served their...?? 🤔 I only tried the b.b.Q ribs / but their whole platform is based off B.B.Q so if the ribs aren't good What does that say about everything else.?
