Detroit One Coney Island 7 Mile — Restaurant in Detroit

This Review is based on The Cleanliness and Appearance only. Haven't tried the food nor experienced the service to provide my full Critique. However, I just want to give this Coney Island an A on Cleanliness and to encourage you to keep up the good work. Do not fall off the bandwagon. Its important especially for business owners to understand this. Everytime I pass by I see the windows are always clean and the outside free from trash and in my eyes That's an A. There are so many other business owners of Coney Islands who come to Detroit/highland Park But Pretty much Detroit to a provide service but DO NOT believe in Cleanliness nor The Upkeep to the outside of their business So Great Job! Rude. Rude. Rude! I called because my order was completely wrong and off rip it was a mess. I order salmon patties and received regular burnt sausage patties. I don't eat pork, I was at work and could not leave. I called and the staff was so rude to me. The young lady who answered the phone had such a bad attitude and was basically yelling at me. Left me on hold for a while and didn't put it on hold fast enough when I heard her ask the others in the restaurant, who wants to pretend to be the manager with this lady on the phone. Im done! I have loved this Coney Island for years. Both locations. Have never had delivery though. Today I placed an order for delivery. The woman had a hard time getting my order placed. But we finally got thru it. After about an hour & 10 minutes I called to check on why it hadn't got here yet. The women said it would be here shortly. 20 minutes later nothing. I called back & she said " Oh I'm sorry. We don't deliver there" Wait!! What??. Four days ago I ate your food @ my NEXT DOOR neighbors house. How can you not deliver to me??
