Long hair in food! About 20inches of hair tucked in my sandwich and I pulled it out of my mouth. I think it was done purposely because my mate went inside to order and told the staff the I’ve been holding on the line to order. She said, “Do you work here?” How would you know that some is holding?” He told her that he has me on the phone and was trying to order but he had come in. “Well, that’s the best thing for you to do!” She replied. Then, when he brings the food, it’s hair in it. It can’t be coincidentally!!!! I’m so upset. I would call up the but for what! I seldom make bad reviews. It you need to complain in person, make sure to do it after you get your food!!! When I was listening in on the conversation, my intuition told me that we were going to find a surprise. I should have just stuck to my first mine and not eat it. She sit this because she was upset about the way he approached her about me holding on the phone, did this in spite and this was not even his food. The food is for me and my child. I went and got 2 tuna sandwiches along with other things and got the tunas and the bread was really wet from the side of pickles I ordered. Now every other time I went in there and asked for a side of pickles the person would put them in the side. Well this time some smarty put pickles along with the juice from the pickles with the tuna so my bread was mushy. This lady have the nerve to get mad and say I had these sandwiches for 3 hrs when I didn't. The lady had so much mouth it made no sense what so ever. I don't know what made this woman think that I should be happy about eating wet bread. The counter clerk said I told them to put the pickles in a separate package because of the juice. If anything she should have just taken the sandwiches back without the extra lip. Then had the nerve to say don't come back they don't need my business. I will never go back to this place. They don't know how to talk to their customers which let's you know if they don't care their customers and we are paying for their lifestyle you know they are not treating their workers right. You can tell they have no respect for the people who eat the food they serve.

If you get the wrong crew working at night, you’re never gonna get what you ordered. Twice I have been a here and by the time I get to the window they tell me I didn’t order something that I did the first time me and my wife ordered a large chili cheese fries with squeeze cheese. When we get to the pick up window she handed us a small chili cheese, fries, and said “ you didn’t say large.” But she still charged for a large and wouldn’t refund us. We let it go and went recently about two days ago, we ordered a large chili cheese fry with Squeeze cheese and a small chili cheese fries with squeeze cheese with a side of sour cream and a cheeseburger. We paid $16 at the pick up window an she said that we did not order a cheeseburger. We will never come back to this coney island ever again.
