Well the night of 3/20/24 was the worse service I ever had there I’m over it! Ever since that pregnant girl left the people at the window suck! And they slow as hell! First off the girl rung my order up wrong me and her had going back and forth about how she rung it up! then finally I got out of line and called and I was right she charged me wrong. Then they gave me the wrong salad so I had to bring it back. It was about 20 degrees! They had me standing outside for a drink and salad toppings for over 20 mins and kept giving DoorDash their orders from the same place where the pop machine is! I’m confused if you can give the DoorDash people orders why couldn’t you give me my drink? Then gonna put it on the the other girl talking about she gonna help you! I’m already upset that the girl in the window didn’t know what she was doing and I had to get out my car! Then you won’t even give me my drink I didn’t understand? How could you service other ppl behind me that just walked up and I’ve been standing here for a damn drink! Every time you call them out on the error they ignore you! Rude as hell worst customer service I ever experienced there! And always ask for a receipt one girl charged me for a non cash fee when I paid cash! Hello All, well had to stop and grab a quick meal and so happy I requested a detailed receipt because I fear that the VERY UNPROFESSIONAL service I received would have gotten even worse. I asked the untrained cashier what comes in a combo or deluxe and was advised fries and a drink. When asked the portion size she indicated the normal amount and then rudely said, do you want it or not and after that comment my response was NO....once leaving the window I checked my order and found they forgot the cheese and when I returned to advise the rude, unpleasant cashier she requested the sandwich and I indicated I only wanted the amount of the cheese along with the tax of that item and right on que nasty indicated she was only giving the amount of the item less the tax I asked is there a reason and she proceed to slam down the refund. This type of behavior is so UNcalled for and if the worked knows their attitude isn't the best they should work with the public period or just for that shift. This is a clear example of the comment, "What do you expect she works and comes from the hood" and that isn't always true because I've commented on serval places in the hood with EXCELLENT Customer service! Service was okay. Food was terrible!!! I ordered a veggie Greek pita for me; hamburger and chili cheese fry for my son. My son did not touch his food after taking one bite out of the burger and a forkful of fries. The restrooms were beyond filthy. Once done with our meal, our server never came back to check on us nor to give us our payment receipt. I had to go up to the register to ask for my payment amount to pay. $16 down the drain. Worst L. Update: I ordered a Greek salad on a pita with no tomatoes. Our server informed me that you guys dont have such a sandwich but was nice enough to accommodate me.
