Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

After living over here for eight months and being in a rush, I finally decided to get food from this location instead of going to the suburbs like I normally do.I placed my order on the app and after 30 minutes my food not ready. It’s been saying it’s in the oven for 25 minutes. The only thing I ordered was for cheesy crazy puffs!!! After 40 minutes and repeatedly being told every 10 minutes that is being boxed up, I asked for a refund. Because I wasn’t about to wait 20 more minutes I was not about to wait an hour. Meanwhile, everybody’s coming here after me ordering food and getting their food and leaving it and I’m still waiting. So once I ask for a refund now, she claims it’s ready. If the food was for me, I would’ve just gotten my money back, but since it was for my daughter, I went ahead and took it. I was gonna grab two hot and ready for my daughter friends to eat but by the time my daughter food was ready. There were no more hot and ready pizzas or breadsticks. I will never be returning to this...

Ordered online and paid at 5:02 pm, order status said would be ready at 5:35 pm - 5:41 pm. Food was not in the oven until 5:51 pm. Only ordered a veggie deep dish, crazy bread, and wings.

Checked back on food around 6:15 pm employee said was just waiting on my wings.

Watched other people get their orders that were placed after me. After talking to other customers and seeing their receipts showing the time they ordered.

After finally being able to ask an employee about my order she went in the back and brought my order up.

The food was cold and I didn't understand how I patiently waited. I was not rude or disrespectful.

There wasn't an apology for the wait or offered a free item or some type of consideration.

I would never order from the little...

I walked in to get a HOT AND READY. I was asked to wait before I could order. I waited for over 10 minutes. NO ONE ELSE was in the lobby that had NOT placed an order initially. One man came in indicating he tried to call but no one answered the phone so he had to walk up, place the order, and wait for it. (I wasn't surprised, I too have tried to call in before and haven't gotten an answer as well.) After we'd socialized (since we had nothing but time,) the cashier finally returned from the back she advised me it would be a 20 minute wait for any order. I thought the whole point of a HOT AND READY was for it to be HOT AND READY and not a 20 minute wait? PLEASE HELP AND ADVISE THIS...
