UPDATE 8/30/2023 - We received a full refund after posting our review and experience. Also on today we received the Duck Flower via mail at no additional charge from this company. Let the record reflect, this company stated āname calling and slanderā. First we are not children, we are stating the name of the person we spoke with as we would do the same in court. Also facts and truth is not considered slander. Learn how you should treat a customer versus how you actually treat customers and you WOULD NEVER have type slander or name calling. Grow up, this is a business not personal. Again, Once this company removes their response to our experience, we will remove our review below in good faith that this will never happen again.

Per the companyās false comment we will leave our review. We will not go back and forth when clear lies are involved. We are grateful that the package with the stamped date and time is evidence and the text messages from the company is proof as well which supports our review. Peace and Love We made a purchase for product and specifically put in the notes, please ship today if possibleā¦. Which means that the we saw that the product was in stock and that we were expecting it to be shipped on this companyās shipping dates. (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Instead of this companies staff / owner reaching out to say, āthe product you purchased is on back orderā which means you may never get itā¦. They chose not to say anything.
We had to call and text several times to even get a response. And when we did it was no apology or nothing. The cashier named Jessica even went as far to say, āyou need to understand this is a small companyā¦.ā
What do this have to do with a paying customer ? When we went to match her energy, she, Jessica even went as far as to act as if we were transferring negative energy on to her, instead of taking responsibility and proving outstanding customer service.
Then the owner texts our phone as if she didnāt receive our texted on yesterday, no apology, just a texted about issuing us a refund. We agreed to the refund. We looked at our account the refund posted then left our account as if the company changed the refund or as if we purchased another product. WE NEVER PURCHASED ANOTHER PRODUCT. WE WANT OUR REFUND.
If our refund donāt post to our account by tomorrow we will file a consumer complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Bureau for...

I've spent $1,000+ dollars in this store over time since it's been open. That being said, earlier this year when I started my transition in my diet (around April or after), the said "owner (I know him as brother Bey)" got upset with me because I told him I wasn't happy with my smoothie one day (a $7-$13 purchase). Without giving me options to satisfy me as the consumer, he continued to attempt go back and forth with me in a verbal dispute rather than supply me with solutions.
In a Later situation, the last time I was there, I bought a black seed infusion drink which I got out of the cooler ($25 dollar purchase). I made it home to realize the bottle was not sealed. When I went back to address that I didn't want it because there was no seal, he started the back n forth again and also said "this the second time you did this" "if you ain't got the money just say that" and more antagonizing words. Just like the previous situation, he did not supply me with any viable solutions only offered a refund (while having an attitude). I was willing to exchange for store items but he was insisting on treating me as he deemed necessary.
All in all, I was very disappointed in what seemed to be a prominent start to the variety not found in our neighborhood in earlier...

Someone recommended Moor Herbs and Iām glad they did! I was a little hesitant first going in. I had a ton of questions and they made me feel right at home and answered all my questions. They recommended a couple of items and I was thinking, ok letās see if this works. AND IT DID! After two months and follow up bloodwork my physician felt that I no longer needed the prescription drug that she thought I would need based on prior test results. In a nutshell my health improved.
