V’s Drive Thru — Restaurant in Detroit

I've been a repeat customer to V's Drive thru carryout only restaurant about 4 months now after seeingtheir food posted on Instagramand TikTok. I must say almost all of the menu items I've tried were excellent. Let's start with the Chicken Bacon Ranch quesadilla. The filling is so flavorful you could really eat it out of a bowl. I've also tried the steak which is also delicious and the regular chicken. Hands down, noe of them compare to the Chicken Bacon Ranch. I also tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap but it did not measure up to the quesadilla. The Russian Reuben was really good rye bread grilled perfectly but they forgot to put the dressing in the bag. I really liked the sandwich but I'm sure I would've loved it with the dressing on it. I'm a sucker for a good coney but the coney's we ok at best. The hotdogs were deep fried and my buns were cold and brittle. The chicken stir-fry was decent but lacked flavor and I didn't finish it. The 4 pack slider were actually very good. The fries here are delicious especially when they're HOT. At least 4 out of my fries were hot. I also tried their wing dings which were also huge disappointment. These GFS/coney island style wings had so much breeding on them it was a challenge to ret them but the parmesan garlic sauce was phenomenal. Thechicken strips were hand made and large sized and really good. The Cheesesticks were your average coney island style. Overall the customer service is hit or miss. I suggest always CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT! Almost every time I've been there they forgot something from my order, usually it's the fries. The second and worst experience 30-minute wait walk in it's not the wait that had me I understand fast food is not the whole meaning in time just faster than you cooking at home owner was cooking ok I get it but paying attention and letting someone know hey sorry for the wait on something that was left out your order by mistake and just sitting on the counter and on top of that the lobby cold as ice I would've waited an hour just on great customer service alone that's just how I am but no the cook took the time to come to the door in a twisted face to tell a door dasher hey that order is not do you speak Spanish which was weird to me as the music was so loud I'm asking him a question he kept walking and to add a cherry on top I asked the cashier how much longer on the fries he says what fries😳 another 15 minutes I waited lesson learned just too tired to cook I just won't eat the prices can't be beat but the experience was not good at all hope pray if you give them your time it's a pleasant experience. 2 days I patronized 130 first day and 26 second visit I don't believe in sugar coating a review...

No starts they don’t understand importance of customer service at the end of the day I pay you duh presentation and customer service is everything I will never go back hot dog was cold in the middle then they try and challenge me like I was lying I gave you opportunity to remake to get no napkins in the bag and 3 ketchup with a whole plate of fries while the staff just laughed like something is funny just sad now I’m the problem because you couldnt deliver proper customer service then I’m acting crazy I’m suppose to wipe my hands on my clothes I guess then to have lil kids cooking food with no hair nets on it’s fine tho I’ll be contacting the health department like why would I waste my time tying to make a point clearly everyone who works here is a lil minded kid meanwhile I could have just flipped after the first time when the food wasn’t right but I dint flip tell you and staff thought something was a joke just so sad the world and the way really think they right meanwhile I was coming here daily instead of apologizing and try to fix the problem long nails on staff and...
