Made a Togo order I waited over 30 minutes, I was told to wait and sit anywhere and it would be brought to me. When I went to see how much longer it would be the food was just sitting on the counter, when I opened the food a few minutes later (no longer at the restaurant) I could tell the fries have been sitting there for a long time and the order probably was sitting there almost the entire 30 minutes! She also said I was going to get a side salad and that didn’t was missing from my order too. That was not worth the money or tip I left at all. First time visitor, and I stopped by to sample some of their restaurant options. I ordered my go-to meal of wings and onion rings and must admit they were both better than most of the other places in the area. Both were seasoned with maximum flavor. My only minor quip would be that their house menu doesn't match the website. The menu didn't have lemon pepper as an option, but thankfully, one of the servers mentioned that they did have it. Also, I didn't see the seafood options on the menu thats listed on the website, particularly the crab cakes, so when in the area, I may do another visit to confirm. Overall, it was a...

If I could take away stars I would. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food ..breakfast taco, Eggs and biscuits. We could see food sitting under the warmer for at least 20 minutes. We asked if it was ours and It was! They had the gall to bring it out to us. The sausage pattie was cold…not luke warm…COLD. WE watched the 2 waitresses stand in front of it and talk multiple times. We will never go there again. Posted the review when we left to eat somewhere else….15 minutes later we have our homemade, hot, fresh food...
