The food was fine. My problem is with the service I received. My wife asked for ranch in a container instead of on her sandwich. The girl who served us put it in the little cup and set it aside in which case she never put it in our bag just left it there and we didn't realize it till we got home. Her attitude is what irritated me the most. I've been in there today being three times and two of those she is the one who I dealt with. her attitude and tone of voice made me feel like she was disgusted my wife and I was in there. I don't know if it's that's she's upset with her own life or the fact she has to help me and my wife. she should not make the customer feel like we shouldn't be there getting food or act like she is better than us in any way and I felt that today. I will never go back to that store unless its to tell her how she made us feel and if she don't want to work then quit and go home. I've never been so mad that I contacted a place like this to vent my anger and tell my experience but that young lady has caused me to go Karen mode. She is extremely unprofessional and something needs to be done with the way she handles business for her employer. Read moreI love this subway. Always a great experience.... but I placed an order thru the app and they didn't make my food correct.. I said light tomato and light lettuce and there was a ton... also on one of my sandwiches it was suppose to be the peppercorn ranch and they put mayo. The bread was suppose to be toasted as well.
My other sandwich I asked for extra jalapeños and olives. They didn't do that as well. And smothered it in so much h mayo it was going threw the wrappers and made the bread so soggy. I had to put all the toppi g on new bread at home. I live in caney so going back wasn't an option. I paid 14 something g for this thru the app. And I couldn't even figure out how to contact anyone about it. I guess I have to go in and curbside isn't gonna be a good option anymore. Like example how is this extra jalapeños.. I had to wipe off so much mayo I can't trust them to fallow directions on orders. When we walked in, the worker had earbuds in and actually ignored us for 2 minutes straight. He came over after sweeping, didn’t wash his hands, and started making my sandwich with some gloves on. Then, the second worker comes out and is acting like everything i want on my sandwich is inconveniencing her in some way. The workers were talking quietly the whole time and looking away from me so i had to keep asking them to repeat themselves.
