My husband and I live in wichita and we always stop here and get your 5 for 25. But the day after Thanksgiving we came in with the intentions of getting the free Turkey with 50$ in merchandise we couldn't find the turkeys and we asked about the deal and very rudely we were told were out. I asked can we get a rain check and were told bluntly, and rudely NO!! We have always had good customer service but I was so appauld that I really doubt that we will ever return to your store again especially when we bought 80$ worth of food expecting to get the Turkey. When we could have saved about 30$ if we had just went to bartlesville walmart. Then I find out from my daughter that she was told 4hrs before by a lady that y'all had so many that there was no way y'all...

This small town, family grocery store has one of the best hot food counters I have seen. It always smells amazing, and the foods I have gotten from there have always been delicious. The grocery store itself has some pretty good deals at the meat counter and you will find most items you need. They are a little limited in some areas as far as selection and quality of items.

Usually, a good grocery store with decent prices and mediocre service employees. However, today they wouldn't honor their own App coupons: $5.00 off ticket and mislabeled weenies. Both issues their fault. Clerk said he couldn't help us and manager was useless. Their App, their coupons and the manager couldn't do anything. Very disappointed. Very poor service.
