Ordered for pickup, got the notification that the food was ready, went in and the food wasn't even put in the oven yet. Had to wait 10 minutes for my food to be cooked, then the breads weren't made. Had to wait another 10 minutes for those, all the time the employees didn't even box up my food, left it open on the table to cool off and sit in the air. Breads come out, they didn't make the specialty dip I ordered. Now have to wait another 10 minutes, 30 minutes total, since I was told my food was ready. Dip comes out, food is boxed but not in a warmer, just sitting on a counter. Another 10 minutes go by. It is now 7:42pm when my order was marked ready at 7:01, and I finally am able to pay for my food when they only hand me one of the breads. My other one? Disappeared I guess. How long until I get a replacement made? 15 more minutes, which would be over an hour since the food was "ready". I take the L, get home, only to find the pasta I got is someone else's order, completely wrong, the other pasta was cold to the point it came out in nearly one piece. Bread we did get was supposed to be 8piece twist but only had 6 pathetic tiny pieces, probably because the employees were throwing around the food touching everything with their hands, no hand washing in sight.
I've been waiting over 2 hours told a manager would call me so fhe food can be remade, had to buy a pizza from Ol Reliable Little Ceasers so my kids could eat, seeing as it's now past their bedtime an I still haven't gotten a call back, let alone the food even remade or a refund. Very much seems like the manager has no accountability and doesn't want to own up to being responsible for the store and it's employees.
I understand fast paced food service, I managed a pizza restaurant before. But if there's a mistake, you remake the food. If something is missing and someone's been waiting more than a half hour. You remake EVERYTHING so the customer has warm, good food to eat.
Absolutely unacceptable, only buy food here if you want it made wrong, cold, and absolutely no chance of a refund, a remake, or a replacement at all.
Oh and they hang up on customers calling. I got hung up on 4 times the first time I tried to call, and while I was waiting in restaurant, I watched the employees pick the phone up to just hang it up. Very unprofessional and...
Read moreI'm still going to give these guys a 5/5 review even though it took 3 hours for me to get my food...but let me explain:
They were having a crazy night, stuff happens. About an hour and a half after I order I decide to call, I confirm my phone number with them, they locate my order and say it should be there soon. I call back again about 40 minutes later, and they tell me they dont know what's going on but it should be there soon. I am then told they are going to void my bill! (was never my intention to get free food, I was just going to say never mind, and go warm up a crappy TV dinner I was so hungry) well, after this call I get a call form the GL and he informs me that my phone number was some how submitted wrong. I am confused because I could have sworn I gave the right number, and I even confirmed it on my first call. He's aggravated and very apologetic, he says they're gonna make me a fresh batch and its still free. Finally it gets here with a free brownie and an upgrade on my soda, and the delivery guy looked very tired from a busy night and he was extremely friendly. I only wish I had cash to tip him!!!! I always tip on my card and because they voided my order free of charge I could not tip :( i'm more bummed about that than I should be.
regardless, it was a circus over there today but they treated me like a human, a customer. I got zero attitude from anyone and overall stuff happens and they did the right thing! I mean, I feel like they went above and beyond, I would have settled for just my sandwich, but i'm not complaining! Thank you!...
Read moreWaited 1 and 1/2 hours for a single xl pepperoni brooklyn style pizza. I don't mind waiting a bit, but when the website says 50-60 minutes then I'd like it to show up decently close to what I'm being told. Not to mention that the pizza was was horrible, it came smushed and burnt, was cold, and to top it off I didn't even get the style of pizza I ordered. They gave me a hand tossed pizza when I ordered a brooklyn style. I've normally had great experiences but this was just horrible. Not to mention that my pizza tracker says it was the manager Richard who made my pizza which i'm sure is because of low staffing, but I expect the manager to make a decent pizza.
Edit (6/20/2023): I didn't think I could be more dissapointed, but I stand corrected. While I'll take the blame for waiting a bit before contacting the store, I still took the time to call the store and let them know about my experience and that I was told they would make it right. The employee said they would take my name and number and would have to wait for the manager to come in (which was perfectly reasonable), but to my suprise I never got a call back. I thought that you guys were gonna make it right but you failed to do so more than once. I'm sure that my lack of business will not change much, but It's sad to see that this location cares quite little about their quality...
