Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Diamondville

Been coming here for the last year, I’d say once a month on average as I pass through town. The service has been mostly bad. There will be zero customers there and it takes me 5-10 minutes to even tell someone my order and pay. I am ignored from the time I walk in till I order and then ignored til someone remembers my food that has been sitting ready for several minutes. The drive through moves slow. I’ve never been, but I see the same cars sitting there sometimes as I leave with my food to go. It’s mostly clean, except behind the counter, definitely not clean as you go. The kicker is, I know stores can be this way off and on, depending on the day, and the team members on the shift, the manager, etc. but this store has a problem. It starts with corporate who would allow a building with their logo operate this way. The store needs to be gutted and new team members hired with good attitudes and work ethic. I finally left this review becUse I’m standing outside your building at 2:45 4/26 and the sign says open, and the lights are all on, but the doors are locked. Last time I stop here I think, which sucks because I love your shakes...

We were here on a Sunday night. The only thing open in Kemmerer, Wy. If there was anything else open, I kid you not I would have left.

I have never in my life been in such a filthy fast-food place. The bathrooms were disgusting with feces, pee and pubic hair on the toilet. You can tell the toilets haven't been client in weeks. There is some kind of brownish mold growing in the inside of the bowl. Toilet lid was broken. The sink and floors haven't been cleaned in like forever.

The dining room was so gross. The tables were greasy and grimy. It's been weeks since they were cleaned. There was food all over the tables and floor. The floors look like they haven't been mopped in months. The windows were covered in kids' handprints.

There was old food on the floor behind the cashier. You can tell it's been there for a while. The condiment bar was a complete mess. The pumps for the ketchup and fry sauce were broken.

When they gave us our food. The Ranch burgers were cold like the pulled it out of the fridge. The fries were hot and fresh. I am not usually one to complain. But I notified the corporate office on the condition...

i am deeply saddened that my first arctic circle experience was at this location. somebody else mentioned in a review that the employees are detached from their work and that could not be more true.

tried to use a coupon, and the employee taking our order did not know how to input coupons on the POS. no biggie, a great training opportunity! except he called for someone to help him, and when no one came to help he just totaled it out, at full price. i said “is that with the coupon?” and he said “no i dont know how to do that.”

also the first thing i hear when walking in is about a kids cheeseburger with no ketchup. we place our order. “do you have a kids cheeseburger with no ketchup?” sit down, wait for our food. our food finally comes out. “hey, where’s that kids cheeseburger no ketchup?”

there just seems to be a major lack of communication and training here. i’ve always said if you walk into any restaurant and it’s quiet, you’re gonna...
