Brand new to Kemmerer, so I have never heard of this place before. Type in rosies bar on Google Maps, and it takes you right to it. you pull up, and if night time, the front of the place is lit up and you can not miss the place. Next, the restaurant part wasn't clearly labeled with entry or anything until you drove around the side of it and saw an open sign. I would like to return to experience more of the place in person while sitting down to eat, but here are my raves for the place. First off, calling in a takeout. The guy on the phone was very upbeat, personable, and extremely nice. The next experience was entering. They were busy, so I didn't quite get greeted immediately. However, the cashier was eager to help me right after her current customer. Very nice, well kept, and smile on her face the whole time. Got my food home, and everything was extremely presentable for being bar food takeout. I had the opened face green chili burger....that green chili is to die for.. literally the best green chili I've ever had. The burger cooked a little dry, fresh veggies and crispy French fries, but was absolutely amazing! Finally, that canolli.. highly recommend this crispy, light, fluffy sweet treat. I would love to experience more about this establishment and even interview the owner. Looking for a hole in the wall restaurant. Do not skip out on this one. This is truly a hidden gem of wyoming. Read moreI’ve gone back twice since they have opened back up. Pizza is just as good. Last time I noticed how good the sauce is. Great tomato flavor and simple enough no other flavors are taking over. Also tried take and bake pizza and soup and salad. The take and bake was great. The pizza comes on a baking sheet. Cook it for 30 mins at 350 and you have a tasty meal almost as good as if it were baked in Rosie’s oven. All great! Will continue coming back for more.
Outstanding pizza! The dough really sets it apart. We had a cheese pizza and the Diamondville. As I mentioned the dough really sets the pizzas apart it has the perfect texture - not chewy but not flaky and crumbly. Slices hold together well but the dough is flexible enough you have to fold or use a second hand. The dough flavor is complimentary to the toppings. Mild enough that it doesn’t dominate any flavors. The cheese pizza was a good example of a New York cheese pizza. The Diamondville includes all toppings such as Canadian bacon, cupped pepperoni, sausage, red, yellow, and green peppers, mushrooms and onions. The dough is homemade and was cooked perfectly. For how much meat the outlaw came with, it wasn't super greasy . They also do military discount :) Love it here and would come back when I'm back in Kemerere I'll be...
