I almost never write reviews, and I chose not to the first, second, ... , and now maybe the 10th time out of let's say 15-20 I've been there that I've had a bad experience.
First of all, sauce is forbidden. You can ask for a sauce, reiterate that you want the sauce at the window, and they will not give it to you. I don't check my food before leaving so that's "on me" in a sense, but I just want to be clear that I've received sauce one time out of 5-10 times that I've asked. And who wants dry chicken strips??
The service varies. I would not call this a fast food place per se. This is partially because of the unethical swine that hold up the drive-thru with large orders when they can and should go inside. Regardless, if it's not empty you're going to wait a bit for your order. I never receive it right away, and I make small orders. Sometimes they make you pull up in front of the window when there's no one behind you, for some reason. Sometimes - and they really, really shouldn't do this - they make you pull out into the road and back into the "front" parking lot. I don't really see how this helps anyone get their food quicker, except if done to the aforementioned large-order-yet-needs-convenience-at-everyone's-expense sort of "person", which never seems to happen.
On the plus side, I have a few digestive issues and this is definitely the chicken place that triggers them the least. They also have better sides than similar chains,...

I had two orders for two different people to deliver and I got the firs on time but was told itâll be a 10 minute wait for more chicken and I patiently waited and took 30 minutes before they did the order an when I nicely asked the employee rudely said I need to wait and they werenât doing refunds then proceeded to take extra time making the order while talking and laughing it up instead of focusing on having the food ready . Unprofessional and knowing the rush hrs should be better prepared with chicken cooked but instead wait and prepare and cook the chicken after multiple orders taking their time making people wait both inside and drive through. They make you park to wait so they can restart the clock which is false and cheating just to get a better rating but the services proves that rating...
