Garcia’s On 35 Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Dilley

:::PLEASE READ::: This is easily the worst place I have ever been to. The owner is incredibly rude and the food unbelievably horrible. I ordered some SUPER PANCHOS which everybody understands it's a bunch of meat and all the works.

I was given a plate with 12 chips, 1 piece of fajita PER chip, 1 mini scoop of avocado, a tad of beans and cheap cheese, oh and a bunch of jalapenos. The pic ENLARGES THE PLATE, JUST LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT COMPARED TO THE JALAPENOS. ITS A JOKE

I tell the waitress what was this all about and she calls the owner, which she says this is how they make it and if I don't like it too bad but I STILL NEED TO PAY AND SHE THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS.

Told her if she rather lose a group of customers or a plate ( I wanted another thing instead) and she said she rather lose the customer, insisted I was going to pay for the plate.

Horrible service, horrible food, oh and the waitress saw me taking a pic of the plate laughing and she came dead serious and told me not to post it on Facebook.

Please go somewhere else where the food is worth your hard earned money.

Bobby's tacos are across the street and man are those guys 100x better...

$30.27 - 2 Sodas, 1 Huevos Rancheros Plate, 1 Pancake Plate with Bacon, Sausage, Spam, Ham. We were on our way to Mexico with our dog and stopped by to eat. Thankfully they allowed our dog. Either we caught them at a bad time or this is just how it is but this wasn’t the best experience. We were there 10-15 minutes and had not been greeted or looked at. My husband had to go up to register to ask for a server. The server came but no greeting, no smile, just rushing (which makes me feel they got swamped during breakfast rush) and she hadn’t recovered. Service remained slow. Food took a while and wasn’t hot, barely warm as it had been sitting before being brought to us and just reheated. Beans were ok, pancakes were ok. Everything else was a pass. The hashbrown were old and saturated in oil. Very meh food but good thing my dog was with us so nothing...

For the 1st time ever I was not a satisfied customer and I've been one for years ..I don't go daily but when I go I always ask for the fish and shrimp dinner with fries. Well I went the other day we had the chicken fried steak dinners and the of course shrimp and fish well the steaks were drowned in gravy cuz they were over fried (not bueno) and I asked for o rings instead of fries they were not fried well enough the shrimp (3) were so fried they were crispy brown and the fish shrank to a gold fish 🐟 well I was asked by waitress what was wrong so I spoke up and I figured at 13.99 and 14.99 a plate the owner could have said well Give them a discount or proper thing to do was say at least take off the fish plate cause I didn't eat it But no instead I heard her Tell cook he needed to change the oil and walk away .. Not going there again...
