Millies Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Dilley

Maybe the waitress was having a bad day, it happens to all of us at times but she was just not being very friendly. Well anyways... I ordered an omelette and a 1/2 & 1/2 tea, price $9.95 for the omelette alone. I thought since it was that much and I was hungry, it was going to be a pretty nice omelette! When the not so nice waitress brought me my meal and I saw what they are going to charge me, basically $10 for a very basic omelette!! Let's just say I was not please, but I wasn't going to complain. Then I made my decision that since she was being unfriendly and the food was not worth $10, I don't have to pay for such lousy service and be ripped off all at the same time. Like I said maybe she was having a bad day but she also made me feel unwelcomed due to her rudeness!! All in all I'm very pleased with the service and food 98% of the time. The waitress was probably not having a good day!...

Working in the area with limited options for meals especially delivery we frequent this restaurant. Service is HORRIBLE! They burp on the phone, they will hang up on you mid order "because they only have one line," and they will pass the phone to another employee mid order without saying anything either. We placed an order for delivery, after an hour called to follow up. They lost our order then advised us to pick up the order in 10 mins. When advising them we had paid already and ordered to be delivered, they replied we can pick up in 10 mins because they are busy when in actuality they lost our order. When letting them know their customer service sucks they simply replied "ok" and hung up. Really poor customer service skills considering employees in the area like us are what keeps them...

I live in SA and my parents came to visit often and Millies is their must stop to dine in , sadly this last visit my mom and brother experienced a very dissapointed customer service with their server, my mom is a non english speaker however my brother is fluent on english, the server told him "she couldnt understand what she was saying and she does not speak spanish" we understand this but other people came in and she was speaking spanish with them and was super friendly speaking with other table having what seems to be a normal friendly conversation :( .
