Fosters Freeze — Restaurant in Dinuba

Came here after work for a mud pie real quick. It took forever for anyone to come to the window. When they finally did they told me the chocolate ice cream machine wasn't working...at an ice cream place...no chocolate ice cream....so I asked if i can get a Snickers twister. The lady told me to hold on because she didn't know if there was enough vanilla ice cream to make one because the vanilla ice cream machine was not working right. She came back and said yeah she could make one. So i payed $4 for what i was expecting to be something sweet, cold, and tasty on a hot summer afternoon. I was wrong. Instead, I got a cup of old stale clumped up pieces of snickers with melted vanilla ice cream. The Snickers was clumped together in huge chunks and was so hard and stale that i couldn't even bite through it. There was hardly any ice cream in the cup and the ice cream that was in it was melted on the bottom. It was actually inedible. I threw it away. Very disappointing. A couple days later, the machines were still not working. This is ridiculous. Its the middle of summer and foster freeze doesn't even have ice cream!? Come on! The people here are rude and always giving additude to the customers. Just a terrible place...

Well, the burgers tasted good. But I feel it’s way overpriced for sure. We spent $36. 2 burger meals. With 1 med fry. 1 lg fry. I med drink. 1 lg drink. And an order of cheese sticks. Ouch! The fry’s were nasty (pic attached) they look over cooked but soft like they weren’t cooked enough. And what’s all over them? It’s definitely not salt! Also we weren’t told that the meals come with small drink and fries. So she asked if we wanted medium or large. Didn’t tell us they come small so he chose large items and I chose mediums. To find out that each fry and drink is more than $1 each item to even just have medium. And close to $2 each item for large. You guys either need to TELL your customers this. Or put up somewhere. That’s not cool. For frozen food this was way expensive. Will not be returning here for...

First off it seemed they took orders from everyone else before they served my girlfriend and I, next they say they didn't have ice cream until later so I left and waited a few hours called to make sure they had ice cream they said they did then when we get there they say the chocolate dip isn't ready and I asked how long til it would be ready they said a couple of hours and the cook lady (older woman) with two braids in her hair her name was roseta or something was rude and mean mugged us the whole time we were there, she even slammed the little sliding window that you order from in our faces. Will never go there again. And none of them were wearing hair nets or washing there hands after they handled money. Health inspector should pay this...
