The food here is made to order and it’s always very fast. Your order is usually served ten minutes after you ordered it which is especially fast compared to the rest of Dinuba. I’ve been going here for three years and I’ve never been unhappy with the food. It’s very authentic, and it’s a family owned business with friendly staff. The food is typically very greasy but it’s a Chinese restaurant that cooks your food with lightening speed at a great price so that makes sense. Certain things can be a little bland but they have quite a few great options. Ginger beef and cashew beef are my favorite things here but their fried rice and wonton soup would never disappoint. I placed my first order yesterday and everything sucked. Lacked flavor. The egg flower soup looked like it was scooped into a container of water. Broth was clear with absolutely no flavor. Sweet and sour sauce on pork was clear in color and pork was chewy. I asked for pan friend noodles and it looks like it was only browned. The hot oil was not hot. I swear nothing had flavor to it.
