Toni's Cafe — Restaurant in Divernon

Bought lunch & dinner at this place today, all to go. Everything was good as usual, but the pumpkin pie was slammin'! I hope I get a chance to go back before the season ends!

This is a later review. 27July2025 Not sure who was running this place before, but the old man is the only one I recognize from before. The A/C needs repairs or he needs to adjust the thermostat to a reasonable setting. Even the waitresses look heat exhausted. I ordered two meals to-go. The spaghetti and meatloaf. The meatloaf was way over salted with no choice of vegetable. They just gave me green beans like that's all was available. I like a family owned and operated business more than most things, but some choices and A/C would've been appreciated. Seems to me the old man is getting stingy/cheap and that mentality is going to run it...

Went for breakfast on 7/2/2017. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Son ordered a milk shake and the waiter told him it would take a while for that because they were busy. Over half of the restaurant was empty. Ordered breakfast and my wife specifically said "No Cheese". Her meal came out with cheese mixed in it. The gravy was milk and flour mixed together with no sausage or any type of seasoning in it. The food was absolutely awful. My son went home, said his stomach was upset, and threw up. Wife paid the bill and we will not be back. We ARE NOT people to complain, or try to get anything free....we simply...

Breakfast is usually OK. Had their dinner foods tonight, we both ordered diff things, which come with sides, etc, all were disgusting. Was still charged for food we did not eat, were told that nothing could be done about it. Lettuce was soggy, cheese sauce for fries was like water, no flavor. The chicken and dumplings were flavorless and the Philly cheese was plain roast beef with vegetables on it, on a microwaved bun, no seasonings at all. Very poor quality! Paid $23 for us to waste our entire meal, and would have been more satisfied with a $5 fast food combo. "Ya...
