Today at 11 a.m. I visited this restaurant Its very rude to have a bad attitude when dealing with the public the lady that made the burrito told me she was the cashier ,the cook and the manager and the owner of the restaurant I simply ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon and pico de gallo on it I did not see the bacon on the burrito when I unrolled it so I went to the counter to ask the lady where's the bacon I do not see it she ignored me for 5 minuteSo, she was the only one there working I went behind the counter to get her attention andI said hello excuse me can you help me I said the burrito taste good but we ordered bacon and I don't see any bacon and if I have to pay extra for some bacon on the side or extra to put bacon inside the burrito I will she ignored me for another 5 to 6 minutes so then I became a little frustrated and said can you please help me so after she finished cooking the meals for the other three gentlemen that were there in the restaurant and serving them she went to the cashier's desk and set a plate on the counter and I put the burrito on the plate the burrito was already open I had unraveled it she had no gloves on and no mask she picked up the eggs that was in the burrito and begin to pick pieces of the egg from around the tiny piece of bacon and throw it back into the burrito until she was left with this little tiny piece of bacon and she said I cooked it so I know bacon is in there I said okay but I like my bacon crispy and well done that is slightly pink I mistaken it for a tomato from the pico de gallo that's chopped up in the burrito I didn't smell no bacon I couldn't see no bacon and I did not taste the bacon when I bit the burrito twice she put the bacon back in the burrito left it unraveled shooed me away and turned around and walked away and ignored me again I said how can we handle this I said again man how can we handle this problem she totally ignored me I didn't want the burrito after she picked through it with her fingers with no gloves on ain't and no mask on this is against the covid-19 rules on top of all the poor...

The top half of the sandwich took a shower before making its grand appearance on my wifes plate. My burrito was decent, but bland. I asked for the guacamole on the side, she said, "If you arent going to eat it then can I just not bring it out?" Por supuesto Cholita... No spice at all in the chili verde... The chips and salsa suck! Chips are stale, salsa is, well, it's not salsa, it's hot sauce minus hot. Salsa is literally red water... Upon leaving I was asked if I wanted a printed receipt or if I wanted to come up and pay. I said I'd come up and pay, she verbally told me the price, no itemized receipt, I paid with a debit card and she printed a customer copy receipt. Then when I called the lady was rude so I asked to talk to the owner or manager, so I spoke with manager when he wasn’t even listening instead he gave the phone back to the rude lady. I told her there was hair in my food I took it out and put it in the beans. She spoke when I was speaking and she said I changed my story up. Tried saying she’ll replace the beans. But it was in the taco and I put it in the beans so it would be easier to find when I took it back. All she said was they don’t do refunds. Our meal was over $30.
