Went to Dairy Queen tonight 04-01-2024 at the Dobson location 2359 Zephyr road, and ordered the $7 chicken basket, the flame thrower burger single combo, a nutter butter shake and a cookie dough chocolate chip blizzard. The chicken was cold, the fries was cold the toast was missing as well as my condiments the chicken box came with a sundae as to which I didn’t get, instead of the single like I asked for it was upgraded to a double (didn’t catch that until I was home) and when I went back to Dairy Queen I let them know I was missing the sundae as to which the cashier said “give me a minute and I’ll have that right out” I said no problem things happen. He literally walked around the corner and got the sundae that had been made prior and handed it to me out of the window instead of making a fresh one. All I've wanted is a damn oreo blizzard! Night one Saturday night. We set at the drive through sign for about 4 to 5 minutes with no response so we pull up and wait another 2 or 3 and a young man says sorry our computers are down and we can't take orders. Put up a sign or a paper that states this. Night two Sunday night. After dining out at a local restaurant we get back about 8 till 6 (store closes at 6 by the way) pull up at the drive through at about 7 till and orange cones blocking microphone order area so I pull around and after a 6 minute wait at exactly 559 a young lady comes to the window and says sorry we close at 6.
