I eat nachos Supreme at Mexican restaurants, and I'm a pro. Hundreds of times over the years, literally, and more. THESE ARE PERFECT NACHOS. THE CHEESE DIP IS THICK AND FULL BODIED, CHIPS ARE CONSISTENT GOLDEN COLOR, CRISP, HOT, AND FRESH! They make spectacular sweet tea, and my girlfriends chicken enchiladas were very much to her liking! Nothing was out of place, no room for complaints at all! That's not to say the place was uptight...it was comfortable in the typical Mexican way of the place you already visit...they just care. I ordered food from this restaurant and overall it was disgusting when I went to try to get my money back and took all the food I had a bought they decided to look through all of it and only gave $31 when I had almost paid $70! This picture shows what they call tacos de al pastor, it looks like straight dog food, I asked to speak to the manager @10:57 am and an employee told me that their manager still wasn’t there, I’ve never heard of employees being at a restaurant before their manager, very unprofessional in my opinion. The manager was very rude and unprofessional, don’t go waste your time, that’s why you hardly ever see any cars at this location. It was spirit night for my daughter's school and we always attend and participate but...we walked in expecting good service and being welcomed to this establishment and was very disappointed..the man in red shirt walked right by us at the door on the phone and rudely ignored..no waitresses around to seat us or sign saying to seat ourselves..I said excuse me to red shirt on the phone and was still ignored...finally a waitress appears and seats us and I explained to her I didn't appreciate being ignored and she said he wasn't ignoring me he was on the phone okkk...I'm used to much better service from staff and management... needlessly to say..me and my family got up and we removed ourselves from this type of treatment ...I had to leave before I taught some Mexicans some good ole...
