Bojangles — Restaurant in Dobson

9/19/20 at 10:50am. After paying and asked to pull up through drive thru and park.(Since my order wasn’t ready) Waiting 20+ minutes for my order to be walked to my car, nothing. I went inside to inquire about my $4.27 order. Manager said thought they brought it out & Asked what I ordered. (She looked for my order, but didn’t offer to remake it) Obviously I’m not happy about paying waiting for an order that never arrived. Few minutes later I was able to get a refund. Manager on duty, a most of staff were standing around, obviously not working. He is the kicker. Manager gave me my refund, said “I’m Sorry “...... I looked at her and said, “No, you’re not.”. Manager smirked and walked away.

Working in customer service myself. I understand the customer is not always right. But the service and absolute lack of decency is a reason this Dobson resident and business owner...

I went through the drive-through and ordered two combos a pork chop biscuit a biscuit and gravy and a side of egg and cheese so I get to the window and there are four people debating on what is in my bag the lady comes to the window hands me the bag the gravy and biscuit the egg and cheese two drinks no thank you no anything so I drive off I’ll look in my bag and I don’t have a pork chop biscuit I go back to the drive-through the lady taking the money is great she’s friendly amazing people person then I get to the window and the lady comes to the window and says so you you need a pork chop biscuit I said yes she hands me a bag and slams the window no apologies no anything there are at least 8 people i can see and customer service is horrible except for lady...

We ordered the Bo Chicken BLT combo and asked for the same sandwich only without the combo, we were charged for and received just the plain Bo chicken sandwich with only pickles. This proves the person taking orders must listen to the customer. The food was great that we received though the order wrong. This restaurant is among the fast food chains trying to save money by skimping on sugar in the sweet tea. Note to manager… if I wanted unsweetened tea or only a smidgeon of sugar, then I would order unsweetened tea and adjust to my taste myself. I advise against buying the tea at this location until the manager is all in on sweet tea being a quality product. We ended up throwing the entire glass...
