Purchased a new cup, 2 muffins, hot coffee and maple bacon sandwich. Got back to my truck and started down the road, charged for 2 but only received 1. Considering almost 2 bucks for a muffin, I was not impressed. I wasn't about to go up to the next exit to turn the semi around. I really don't have much luck with this location. I think if they stopped having conversations with each other and paid attention to what they were doing and not standing around eating your inventory, less mistakes would be made. There were two other people together ahead of me and they screwed up her drink. They took it back, started talking to one another and the lady said never mind I'll just take it. They didn't have the right cheese for mine which I was ok with but it wasn't the young lady who was making it who asked me but the coworker eating ice cream with a mouth full asking if it was OK. My last visit here they didn't have blueberry muffins so as she is telling me and popping a hash brown in her mouth she tells me I'm going to give you some extra hash browns to make up for it. I threw the order in the garbage. Someone needs to start paying attention to what's going on there. Update, I opened the bag and not even 1 muffin, 2 donuts! I called, lady said she charged me for donuts because she thought that's what I said. Muffins , donuts not even close to sounding the same. Again, perhaps reading the order back. Read moreI'm a semi-regular at Dunkin Donuts,,, I go their for the hot and iced coffee. I always stay their and have my beverage, it's a relaxing place to be. Some employee's are always friendly, and they are fast and accurate with my order. Service and cleanliness has gone downhill. Several employees have quit because of Kayla and the way things are done, not done right. Some are not good workers, and aren't supposed to stay behind counters and do nothing when have no customers. Should be keeping tables, booths and chairs spotless. Keep floors swept, spills cleaned up. Not wearing masks, Covid is still here, think about breathing over customers food and stuff. Things aren't cleaned at closing, I've seen Amber put chairs on dirty tables. Doesn't care about doing job right. Germs are spread when customer after customer sit at dirty tables and put hands on anything. Amber is not friendly, makes my beverages wrong everytime, makes them way she wants, and in wrong cups their supposed to be made in. Friend of Kayla's was rehired after he would just talk to customers about 30 minutes or so, left other customers waiting. Took a lot longer breaks than allowed. Also not a good employee. I've observed everything. I used to work in the restaurant business, I know how things are supposed to be done. Things need to change, for the better. Not a clean place. Read moreI am OBSESSED with Dunkin, but this one is a disgrace. I spent $25 on my mobile app to pick up a large cold brew, medium coffee and two sandwiches 20 minutes before I arrived on my way to the beach. When I got there, it took 10 minutes for me to get waited on in the mobile order section then the lady “in charge even though she isn’t the manager” said “we’re out of literally everything you ordered. We don’t have the flavors” and I said that’s fine what do you have? And I chose flavors that were available. Then she said they didn’t have a large cup and I said that’s fine too just give me 2 mediums and she said no because that would cost more than one large, and I was like but I already paid for a large and that’s more than a medium. And she said just remind me in a couple days that i owe you a large and I said well I’m on my way to the beach I’m not from here and I just really need a big cup of coffee. And she said well that’s perfect just stop back by on your way back. I’ve never been more mad at a fast food worker for I am understanding since I worked in the restaurant industry for years. But this was ridiculous. She then told me I could get a full refund off the app and that is not the case. I personally hope she has a hang nail every day for a month. AND there was a poor girl that looked like she just started and the woman refused to help her warm up a sandwich for someone. Rant...
