Wendy's — Restaurant in Dodge City

Update: Since I'm stuck here waiting for my load to be ready, I thought I'd give them a chance at dinner. It was more of the same. The service was great and the flavor of the food was fine, but the bottom buns of both of my burgers were basically soaked with grease.

If I were rating just the service, it would be 5 stars. I have to factor in my food though, and that brings it down a bit

I ordered 2 English muffins with sausage, egg, cheese and bacon. The fillings were all fine, but the muffins were terrible. They were both extremely tough and chewy, with the outer portion being flat out hard to the point I was afraid I might break a tooth. The bottom bun on one was absolutely smothered in butter, yet still managed to be hard and chewy. I'm not writing this location off yet but I'll have to see if this is a regular issue the next time...

Wow last week everything was amazing. This week they tell me that they can't sell me the exact same thing that I got last week (50 piece nuggets made half of them spicy and half of them none spicy) and then tried to charge me more to NOT put sauce on the nuggets. There was 3 people that came up to the register not one of them said I could get it that way. I walked over to their kiosk and ordered thru there since the employees are obviously undertrained! Then they gave me cold fries. Good job in going to hell in a week! Now yall are just like every other fastfood...
