EL PRIMASO BIRRIA — Restaurant in Doffing

My first time coming here wasn’t great because it was hard to get ahold of someone to order ahead. The phone on Google was disconnected, and no one answered the phone with the number outside the restaurant. We had to place the order inside but it also took over 30 minutes to receive our food. Food was good so we gave it another shot again.

Now the second time, they answered the phone and we were able to place the order ahead. We ordered quesabirria and a sincronizada. It was delicious! I am a birria lover and this place knows what flavor is. My favorite of it all was the consommé. That was SO good I drank it after finish eating my birria tacos. The first time I think they gave me an extra taco but this time I got 5 tacos which is a good amount. The spicy Chile salsa is spicy good, just a few drops will get the job done. Went at lunch and was a little worried to see no one else eating there. The reviews looked great, so I went ahead and ventured inside. The person at the counter was helpful in getting me ordered and seated. The food was absolutely delicious! Oh my Lord God in heaven! I can’t believe how good these tacos were. It’s our first time here and I honestly was satisfied till the last bite. The flavors are ON POINT!
