Oh my GOSH!! This is the best pan my family and I have ever had. It beats la reynera, paris, and fénix bakery which are the main ones here in the valley. All the pan is fresh and it just melts in your mouth. The price is phenomenal too and the owner is so sweet you can tell that selling and making pan is his love and passion. My family and I loved the concha’s, doughnuts, and empanadas de calabaza

Very soft and flavorful bread, I can taste the butter, they are so good I recommend UPDATED: This is now our new main and favorite bakery, the bread is so soft and it stays soft in the box store for the next several days, amazing flavor. We just found out they take in cake orders (2 days in advance) regular butter cake (depending if you want it simple or stuffed) and 3 leches.

que dios le bendiga a estas conchas (y obviamente el panadero/a que los hace) tan increíblemente riquísimas que cada vez que le doy una mordida, casi empiezo a llorar y inmediatamente después siento que empiezo a levitar hacia el cielo, y en ese momento de gloria me llega por fin a mi corazón y la esencia de quien soy, un momento de que se silencia todo el ruido de este mundo de sufrimiento en que vivimos, y me lleno de una paz completamente pura. puedo decir ya que la vida por fin tiene sentido, que gracias a estas conchas he encontrado el camino que siempre estaba buscando o en otras palabras el mundo más allá que la humanidad siempre ha perseguido, y me siento que por fin cuando un día me iré de esta tierra que estaré feliz con mi vida ahora que he encontrado estás conchas. muchas gracias.

I am not one to be easily impressed with sweet bread as I don't eat it often but the Concha i had today was by far the best I have ever had, no cap. Normally when I have one I'll eat half and give the other half to my kids but sorry kids this one is all mine. Worth the drive from where I am to get great...
