Dunkin' — Restaurant in Doolittle

To start it off while ordering the lady argued with me about the existence of a menu item. After having her turn around and see it on the menu on the wall she still seemed confused and asked so you want this I said no I want this with this topping. As it says on the menu. Then my wife ordered a drink. Only whole milk. When she gets it they say we used half whole and half coconut milk. She is to nice to say anything other thank you. When I got my food, they tried to short me almost half my order. I went to ask for the proper amount they said they had to make more. So obviously they just tried to push off on me what they had made already. Then I asked about the whole milk if they was out. They said no so I asked why the coconut milk in her drink. She tried to say that’s what she asked for. I said no she didn’t and when you read our order back when paying you even said whole milk. Just ridiculous the effort and incompetence of todays work force. Won’t be coming back due to the wait, the service, food. Not worth the 15 min...

Their only saving grace was the young female working the counter. She was working her tail off doing EVERYTHING herself while the dirtbags guys in the back stood around and watched. One lady said she waited 10 mins on a coffee. I waited almost that long for mine, but that is all because the 2 guys in the back were doing NOTHING to help her. Perhaps they felt privileged and better than her. I don’t understand why they weren’t helping her. I saw some customers walk out after being skipped for ordering, but that’s because there is no organization for ordering and she was so busy fulfilling orders, she didn’t know they were next. She just helped the next person at the register. I really felt for her having to deal with everything. She was single handedly earning Dunkin a TON of money. Looks like they got my order wrong too. Me and a group of friends (maybe 6 or so) went in an hour before closing (this was in July). A girl named Cheyanne was standing at the front and started complaining cause apparently they were “so many people coming in right before closing”. We all just ordered a drink. I ordered a butter pecan iced coffee and it was literally just straight coffee. There was no sugar or butter pecan at all. I asked her to fix it and all she did was add some liquid sugar and it still tasted terrible. I’m not sure if there’s better people in the mornings, but I definitely do not recommend going in...
