Legends on the Hill — Restaurant in Dover Township

We were visiting Treetops to take our kids skiing up north for the first time. I grew up coming to Gaylord as a child and wanted to share it with our kids. We came in to Legends for breakfast and for a quick beverage Apres Ski. The breakfast was so yummy and the chef even created these ADORABLE edible fruit sculptures for our kiddos! Walked in at 8:50 and ordered after 5 minutes…. 60 minutes later I was NOT delivered food and told it would still be a while… had to wait to grow the lettuce I presume. So we decided to leave and drive to McDonalds. Best part of the place was the clean bathroom facilities. Would not recommend, unless you dislike your mother in law. Came for local breakfast while staying at Treetops.

The food was good but it was buffet style, which we weren't expecting. We had hoped to be able to order something special as it was a special day for us.

That aside the food was very good and our server was fantastic. I do wish for the winter months they did a little different with the decor, it would probably use an update over all.
