Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Doylestown Township

Staff was accommodating, polite, and service was timely. BUT its highly unsanitary that even though that staff are wearing the face masks required I noticed the girl serving my order touch and readjust her face mask several times while talking and actively serving water ice. I observed a second employee also constantly touching her mask and it not even covering her nose. If you're going to touch the mask that many times while fulfilling orders, or wear it improperly, what is the point of you even wearing one? Highly unsanitary behavior during times like these. Most unprofessional service i’ve experienced in a long time. I called ahead to ask if they had the rita flight (ice sampler), and the girl on the phone (grace/gracie?) said they had it. My friend and I drove out of our way to get said item. When we got there my friend tried to order it, but when she said that’s what she wanted, the girl with brown hair whispered to her coworker with blonde hair “tell her we don’t have it” while giggling. If it truly wasn’t available we would understand, but it was the fact we had called ahead, got told it was sold there, and then denied it and laughed at in our faces when we tried ordering. I love their frozen custard and was happy to see that Rita’s was open. My wife and I went there to get chocolate custard that we loved in the past only to find that the taste and texture had changed!
