First, the far right menu screen was just black. Then when I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal, the lady acted like she didn't speak English, was talking about chicken nuggets, and I'm like no, my kid wants a cheeseburger kids meal. So then she rings me up a #1 single with just cheese for him, no toy, no chocolate milk. Then she tries to finish the order, without taking my pregnant wife's, or my order, and I'm like, seriously? Then when I get our order added, she doesn't tell me how much it is, or give me a receipt, I didn't find out it was over $30 for 3 meals, until I...

Service was horrible. No body greeted me. The girl behind the counter was tucked around the corner on her phone . I had to leave the counter and go to a kiosk to order. 1st kisok was frozen, second worked. I then stood at the counter for 5 minutes or so until someone asked if I needed help. I told them I ordered and pointed to the order on the screen. The girl walked to the back, made the sandwich and brought it out.

Don't get me wrong, my food was good. But the service was as poor as it could be. They did not open on time. When I asked if they were open, the young lady working snuffed me off. So I asked the other employee when they opened, and he just responded, "Not yet sir". It was 7:10 at that point.
