Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dracut

Here is a real review. Been meaning to write this for awhile, but today was the breaking point. I live right up the street. My wife and I were excited to see that there was going to be a Dunkin Donuts going in that vacant lot. We watched the entire construction process, as we travel by there every day. It was going to be great, because for us it was the only Dunkin Donuts we pass before our hour and 15 minute commute to work down 93.

MOST OF THE TIME HAS BEEN A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. Between my wife and I we've gone there about 40-50 times. It's just too convenient. More than 50% of the time we either receive the wrong order, the coffee is undrinkable (burnt), or we wait way too long for no apparent reason.

I don't want any free items, no coupon, no free donut, nothing. All I want is for management to put some quality checks in place. Verify the orders, taste the batches of coffee, streamline the service. Train, train,...

Second time here and super slow service... I know it's new, and they are probably training employees. So if it gets better (if I keep coming) I'll update it.

But it's so slow it's honestly pathetic. I'm the only vehicle in the drive thru and I've been waiting 5 minutes without anyone asking me a thing I said "hello?" And they asked if I could"hold on" they just took my order, and there are 2 cars in front of me waiting at the pick up window. They must have been here for even longer Total of 3 cars and doesn't seem like hardly any, if anyone customers are inside. It's taking 10+ to get a coffee. Pathetic this is not "fast food"

Update: after waiting 10 to 15 minutes... I gave up. I will go to the Duncans 3 minutes up the street LOL they aren't much better but they aren't this slow... They just always...

If I could give 0 stars I would and I usually don't post reviews but i have to say that this is the worst dunkin donuts ever. I have been a long-time dunkin donuts customer. When this dunkin donuts opened in dracut a few years ago, I was so excited that there was one so close to my house. I was sadly disappointed. The coffee is terrible and on several occasions when i order food, i am told that they are not serving hot food at the moment. What is more infuriating is that i will wait in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and then when I get to the order speaker i am told no food. They should at least post a sign in the drive thru. This is not an isolated incident. I have tried to order bagels everyday for the past 5 days and I am told that they are not serving hot food....
