Picture yourself walking into a garage… am I in the right place? The sign said open… it even said FREE tasting… 🤔 it seems pretty easy to hide a body out here… NONSENSE! You’ve arrived. This hidden gem of a distillery is the behind the curtain reveal. This is how the magic happens. The air is filled with the aroma of botanicals and maybe a hint of the neighbors yellow lab puppy wandering in. You're greeted at Revolution Spirits by true creatives eager to introduce you to their craft. But before you explore the distillery, let's start with what brought you here - the gin! This is not your average gin, but a liquid masterpiece that has been carefully distilled with a blend of juniper, ROSEMARY, lavender, lemongrass, and Texas grapefruit.

We just discovered this little craft distillery in SW Austin, near Dripping Springs, TX. What a gem 💎

Very quiet countryside barn setting, many drinks to choose from, dog friendly 🐕‍🦺 as it should be and a fantastic presentation by Aaron 🤗 We prefer small places like this one as it makes the visit feel more cozy and warm.

Come taste some samples and buy a bottle or two to take home. Each drink has a story, moreover, some of them are featured in the Austin Chronicle.

As of now this little distillery is open only on Saturdays. Also don’t come hungry as there are no food trucks here at the moment. Masha 🐕‍🦺also enjoyed the visit with a picnic table being her favorite spot 🐾

Felt very lucky to find this place, was surprised with the variety of cocktails, both unique and classics on the menu to experience. Got to try a sampling of five liquor/liqueurs that really helped pick out drinks to our liking. The gin paloma, horchata, and russian cocktails were great, and the nachos and ribs were amazing. Really looking forward to going back and working my way through all the different menu options. The environment is casual and friendly, the folks there are down to earth and attentive- many check ins and even hanging shade panels when the sun dipped below the tents. Bathroom was clean and open and they appear to be dog friendly, the dogs we saw were leashed and well behaved with a water...
