Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Drumright

I wish there was a button for 0 stars because Simple Simons in Drum-right deserves it. The customer service was severely lacking to the point it didn’t exists at all. It all started when I sat outside the drive through and was not helped. I decided to pull into parking and then a lady arrived at the window with a sour look on her face. I drove back to the drive through window and said hello. She gave me the most pathetic rude hi I’ve ever received at a rester-aunt or fast food chain. I tried to order by saying “can I please have an order of alpine sticks”. She said in a very unstructured sentence that I will translate for this review, “you are supposed to calm down and wait at the drive through until you are helped”, then she handed me a menu. Simple Simons of Drumright management should really look into their employees and their attitudes, she couldn’t even talk straight. She wasn’t attending to her customers, and when she did she was very rude and lost the only customers she had. I was so shocked by this behavior and I would never recommend Simple Simons of Drumright to anyone. Steer clear friends :) we don’t deserve to be treated poorly when we are...

If you don't mind a run down sub shop atmosphere, then get in here and have some great food. Pizza was excellent with tasty cheese and decent dough. They have a nice, very fresh salad bar they don't really advertise, and it is worth it. For me, since I'm diabetic, they have a very tasty Keto bowl which has everything but the kitchen sink. It's basically a pizza w/o a carb laden dough. Wonderful. Might not be what you want for dinner with its sparse tables and walls, but it is terrific for lunch. They do good business, so it's encouraging to think they'll be around. Not expensive for what you get. Un- sweetened tea was quite delicious since it hasn't been sitting in an aluminium container, but in a pitcher they serve to you from the fridge behind...

I went in to eat with my 2 teens and was told it would be about 20-25 min. (We ordered 1 Calzone) I said no problem. We sat in the dining area and waited and waited. After 35 minutes, I went up and asked how much longer it would be and I was told they were just putting the Calzone in the oven. During that time after I ordered, the staff who were a bunch of teens were loudly cussing at each other and making awful comments to each other, knowing that there were customers in the front.
