in the dubois country club adjacent to their great hotel - standard large 2 double bed rooms with separate seating areas and complimentary breakfast buffet all for a very reasonable price. the tannery bar and grill looks a little bit like a banquet room but dont let that stop you. the food here is great! there is a bar with some limitations on wines and spirits but if you are flexible youll find something refreshing. but lets talk food. i had their jumbo blt on marble rye with a side of sweet potato fries - best blt i have had in 50 years!! absolutely delicious with the ingredients overflowing. sweet potato fries perfectly cooked. my companions had a chicken sandwich with regular fries and the other a crisp, fresh jumbo salad topped with salmon. amazingly good! leisurely dining with a good vibe after pulling over from a 5 hour highway drive. then perfect nights sleep for the next days 8 hour drive. after your meal you can walk around the extended grounds or take in a round of golf. highly recommend all aspects of this hotel/country club dining experience. ...
